Why Your Weldon Springs, MO, Window Exteriors Need to be Cleaned

There are numerous advantages of keeping your home's exterior windows clean, ranging from energy efficiency to psychological boosts. Below, you can read about some of the most prominent ones you can look forward to:

Natural Light

Inviting more natural light into your home can't be overlooked. The most obvious advantage is that you get more light! With clear windows, no stains will taint or block the light entering your home.

With more natural light, you can decrease energy usage, cutting down your energy bills. It can also help enhance your mood and health quality, since you'll increase your Vitamin D.

Curb Appeal

Whether you're looking to improve real estate value before a sale or just have the sharpest looking house on the street, clean windows are essential. From both the inside and the outside, a untainted view is key.

The first time someone visits your home, you don't want them to be thinking about stains and dirt. Taking care of your window cleaning will boost your curb appeal and make everyone feel welcome.

Improved Window Condition

Dirt wears your windows out faster, and washing stops it from doing so. It's really that straightforward. More contaminants lead to additional friction, and if you get mold, that can eat away at the structure of your windows.

Regular and proper cleanings extend the lifespan of your windows, stopping you from needing to buy replacements. And with our 18-month mold-free guarantee, you can get the peace of mind knowing that your home is protected. If any mold return within the 18 months, we'll give your windows another cleaning, for free.

Advantages of Hiring Professional Window Washers

Interior windows and exterior windows are different in this regard. It's reasonable for most people to clean their own window interiors, and you'd be wise to do so often. Exterior windows, however, provide unique difficulties that make it important to hire a trained cleaner. Our cleaners are OSHA-trained and certified, and have extensive experience washing windows in the Weldon Springs area.

When working with a professional Weldon Springs, MO, window cleaner, you can take advantage of the below benefits:

  • Safely reach high spots and avoid injury from falling off of an unsteady ladder.
  • Save time for more important things – plus, we can often get the job done faster.
  • Find issues that are easy to miss: Small cracks, chips in the glass, loose seals, or other warning signs you'll want to be aware of.
  • A better clean than you can get on your own. We clean your house's windows as well as we'd want our own house cleaned.

When you hire a professional to wash your window exteriors, it's not just for the cleaning itself. Your time, your well-being, and your home maintenance all benefit from working with the experts. And at CleanPro, you can know that you'll have best windows in the neighborhood.

Differences Between Exterior Window Washing and Other House Exterior Cleaning

Many people are not be able to identify what to differently with window cleaning versus the rest of your house. But treating the different parts of your home correctly is important to protect your home from unintended damage or wear.

Soft Washing Your Weldon Springs, MO, Home's Exteriors

House soft washing is a method we use to wash much of your home's exteriors, from wood to stucco, and almost anything else homes are made of. Instead of using the high pressure of a regular pressure-wash, soft washing uses lower water pressure, which protects your home from being damaged by the cleaning.

Instead of depending on pressure to remove the dirt from your home's exterior, we use a safe blend of chemicals to detach debris from your home's siding, and then the water flows off with it.

Exterior Window Washing Via Water-Fed Pole Systems

For exterior window cleaning, we use an innovative water-fed pole system to scrub and rinse your windows at the same time. Similar to softwashing it also doesn't need much water pressure and mostly makes use of chemical cleaners. The main difference is its use of a brush at the end of the pole to scrub your windows and remove any streaks and stains.

To give your windows the best clean possible, we use pure, filtered water that won't leave behind new debris or any mineral buildup. This system can also reach high spots, up to third-floor windows, without leaving the ground. Your windows get a high-quality clean, and our team stays safe in the process.

Power Washing for Other Surfaces

Our power washing services can handle anything that the soft-washing and window washing techniques don't cover. For harder surfaces, tougher stains, and any problem spots that nothing seems to work on, we'll look at using pressure washing to give your home the clean it deserves..

Pressure washing is great for cleaning sidewalks, driveways, concrete, many fences and decks, and many other surfaces. If you only clean your home's windows and exterior, you risk a rough contrast with other parts of your property. When you opt for a full-property clean, it can save you time and improve your property value.

Here's a list of the different residential cleaning services we offer at CleanPro:

Weldon Springs, MO, Frequently Asked Questions on Exterior Window Cleaning

Making a plan to clean your exterior windows is easier said than done: How often should you have them cleaned, and what's the safest way to do so? Well, we've collected some of the most common questions from Weldon Springs, MO, homeowners and provided answers below:

How frequently should I wash my exterior windows?

For residential windows, we recommend two cleanings per year. Stores and other businesses typically require more, generally three or four per year.

Should I get my windows cleaned in winter?

Yes! Most people don't clean as frequently in the cold and snow, but because of that, dirt and debris build up. Winter cleaning or early in the spring can prevent scratches and other damage.

Can you wash windows and siding at the same time?

You can – just be mindful of the different methods and what is appropriate for different surfaces. A professional power washer will carry the tools for both your windows and siding, and can clean both on the same day.

Is it safe to pressure wash windows?

Generally, no. While it's technically possible to use a pressure washer on a window without damaging it, if used improperly or with too much pressure, it can scratch and crack the glass.

How do professionals clean windows?

By using low water pressure and safe, effective cleaning chemicals, professionals provide a very effective window clean. With our water-fed pole system, at CleanPro, we work hard to clean your windows to the highest professional standards.

Should I wash my windows' interiors and exteriors at the same time?

Yes – for viewing pleasure, curb appeal, and to effectively let natural light in, you will want to clean both sides of your windows.
