Why Your Town and Country, MO, Window Exteriors Need Cleaning

There are numerous benefits of keeping your home's exterior windows clean, for your property and your wellbeing. Below, you can read about some of the most prominent ones you'll enjoy:

Natural Light

Inviting more natural light into your home can't be overlooked. The most obvious benefit is that you'll have more light! With clean windows, less debris will obstruct the light entering your home.

With more natural light, you can decrease energy usage, lowering your energy bills. It can also help raise your mood and health quality, since you'll increase your Vitamin D.

Curb Appeal

Whether you're looking to raise property value before listing on the market or just have the sharpest looking house on the street, clean windows are a must. From both the inside and the outside, a untainted view is key.

The first time someone visits your home, you don't want them to be thinking about stains and dirt. Taking care of your window cleaning will protect your image and keep everyone feeling comfortable.

Improved Window Condition

Dirt wears your windows out faster, and washing stops it from doing so. It's really as simple as that. More contaminants lead to additional friction, and mold develops, it can degrade the structure of your windows.

Regular and proper cleanings extend the lifespan of your windows, stopping you from needing to buy replacements. And with our 18-month mold-free guarantee, you can rest easy that your clean windows will last for the long haul. If any mold sprouts back up within the 18 months, we'll come back and clean it again, for free.

Differences Between Washing Exterior Windows and the Rest of Your House

For the layperson, you might not be able to tell the difference between how you should clean your windows versus the rest of your house. But treating the different parts of your home correctly is essential to protect your home from unintended damage or wear.

Soft Washing Your Town and Country, MO, Home's Exteriors

House soft washing is a method we use to wash much of your house's exteriors, from panel siding to bricks, and almost anything else homes are made of. Rather than using the high pressure of an ordinary pressure-wash, soft washing uses less water pressure, greatly reducing the chance of your home being damaged during the cleaning.

In place of depending on pressure to take care of the clean, our proprietary cleaning solutions unstick dirt and debris, and then the water flows off with it.

Exterior Window Washing Via Water-Fed Pole Systems

When cleaning exterior windows, we use a modern water-fed pole system to clean your windows quickly and effectively. Similar to softwashing it also avoids high levels of water pressure and relies on chemical cleaners. What distinguishes the water-fed pole system is that it uses a brush at the end of the pole to wipe your windows and remove any streaks and stains.

Our cleaners always use purified and filtered water to avoid leaving behind new debris or any mineral buildup. It also allows us to reach high spots, up to third-floor windows, without leaving the ground. Everyone stays safe and your windows get clean.

Power Washing for Other Surfaces

Our residential power washing services can handle anything that the soft-washing and window washing techniques don't cover. For harder surfaces, tougher stains, and any messes you don't know what to do with, we'll look at using pressure washing to give your home the clean it deserves..

Pressure washing is great for cleaning sidewalks, driveways, concrete, many fences and decks, and many other surfaces. If you only clean your home's windows and exterior, you risk a rough contrast with other parts of your property. Cleaning everything at once can save you time and boost your property value.

Here's a list of the different residential cleaning services we offer at CleanPro:
