Does Soft Washing Really Matter?

Posted August 31, 2017

YES!

Yes, yes, yes, yes.

If it sounds like we're overstating things, bear with us. We've seen too many roofs and home exteriors that have been negatively impacted by pressure washing companies who believe that soft washing is an option, not a necessity.

The silver lining? You'll never get that treatment from CleanPro. We're proud to treat your property to roof washing and house washing that protects your investment.

The Elevator Pitch Roof Cleaning Needs

You probably look at your roof a dozen times a day. And while you might not internalize it, you're looking at a collection of shingles that work day in and day out to protect the rest of your home.

But these shingles aren't bulletproof. And when they're getting bombarded with high-pressure washing, they suffer the consequences.

We do things differently. Our soft washing service uses the same concept as pressure washing - innovative equipment, powerful cleaning products - but we eliminate the use of pressure. This allows us to safely and effectively:

  • Remove black streaks and other eyesores from your roofing
  • Kill mold and mildew
  • Promote long-lasting curb appeal for your property

An Investment A Decade in the Making

With soft washing, your roof gets the tailored care it needs. And as a result, you can count on it to last for a decade (or even longer!) than a roof that doesn't get regular TLC. You save the hassle and expense of a roof replacement, and your curb appeal soars.

When it comes to your roof, we strongly believe that soft washing isn't an option. It's a necessity!
