Client Success Story: Commercial Concrete Cleaning

Posted February 27, 2018

Our customer had all the ingredients of a successful business: they delivered quality care, they were reliable, and they prioritized client satisfaction.

There was only one problem. Their property was working against them.

The Problem: Dirty Concrete

Our client managed a high-traffic property. Clients were coming in and out throughout the day - and the activity took its toll on the exterior. Their concrete surfaces bore the brunt of the damage. Issues spanned across their hardscapes, including:

  • The parking lot, which was peppered with chewing gum and stains, like grease and oil, from vehicle leaks
  • The sidewalk, which had a dirty exterior and a dull, tired appearance
  • The entryway, which looked less-than-welcoming with its stains and discoloration marks

It was time for our team to step in. And we used our concrete cleaning solution to mitigate the damage.

The Solution: A Facelift for Hardscapes

Our industrial grade pressure washing system is primed to handle virtually any grime level. Using this technology, our team was able to successfully:

  • Extract deep-rooted stains
  • Remove dirt, dust, and other particulate debris
  • Eliminate grease, oil, and stubborn buildup
  • Remove chewing gum

With our commercial concrete cleaning solution, the client's property was no longer a shadow of its full potential. It was a beacon of curb appeal.
