3 Questions to Ask Your Building Washing Specialist

Posted December 22, 2017

Curb appeal can be an invaluable asset to a property. But if your exterior isn't well-maintained, that asset becomes a serious setback.

That's why it's invaluable to have a commercial building washing specialist who can get the job done - and who you can count on to do the job well.

What to ask your exterior cleaning specialist

Every long-term relationship starts with a shared understanding. Before investing in a pressure washing company, it's important to know the answers to a few key questions:

  1. What professional accreditation do you have? The industry is flooded with pressure washing companies who have little-to-no experience. Look for a company who offers the peace of mind that you're in good hands - and the creds to prove it.
CleanPro is licensed, insured, bonded, and OSHA trained and certified.
  2. Do you offer routine service? Commercial properties are constantly on the go. In order to save time and safeguard quality, you want a building washing company you can rely on for routine service.
CleanPro will work with you to map out a routine cleaning service menu that will keep your property at its best all year long.
  3. Do you have testimonials? You should work with a company who has a long trail of happy customers. If a building washing company isn't willing to share references, a red flag should go up in your brain.
CleanPro will always share testimonials or references with potential clients. This is one important way that we help you feel confident you're getting the best.

CleanPro is committed to helping our customers feel confident that they're getting the best exterior cleaning solutions for their property.
